Brent was responsive, lightning quick with responses and is always looking out for our best interest. Brent was patient and took the time to explain any issues we had. To be real and honest, this is my account of dealing with RORE: Not being originally from here, I asked Burke, owner of Fort Erie’s Chrysler Dealership for a referral of a Real Estate Agent to help me sell my house. He referred Brent King to me, owner of RORE, saying that he, Burke, had dealt with several real estate agents over time but that Brent had gone “above and beyond” everyone else. I called the guy, left a message, and he got back to me the same day. Next day he was at my place and I immediately noticed his acute thinking and straight-to-the-point approach to business, while still being very relaxed, informal and cordial. He clearly would rather not represent my interests, had I had a delusional understanding of the market. Following suit, he educated and guided me about the reality of Fort Erie’s real estate market. The guy exudes confidence and, with time, I came to trust him to defend my interests as if they were his. This was extremely important, especially considering my house sale involved prospect buyers hidden behind groups and corporations… it wasn’t a simple house sale. Brent gave me all the support I could have asked for and, as with Burke, he went above and beyond the call of duty. As soon as the market resets again, I will be shopping for another house and I know exactly which Real Estate Agency will be representing me!
