  • The more referrals you make the more chances you have to win!
  • Referral Entries are counted as received on the date of closing for the property, not the date of the offer or signed agreement.
  • There will be at least one winner chosen each calendar year.
  • If two entries are received for the same referred individual, only the earliest one received will be counted.
