Brent grew up in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario where he graduated top of his class in both Sault College and Algoma University, studying business and economics. He then went on to complete a master's degree in International Business and Management from the University of Westminster in London England. Brent has worked in sales for over 15 years, starting out as a telemarketer to pay for his post-secondary education. From a young age Brent has been very entrepreneurial, opening his first business at 18-years-old. Brent is goal driven and sets his goals very high. If 99 people out of 100 are walking in the same direction Brent is the one going the other way. Brent is not afraid to be different to fulfill his dreams. As a serial entrepreneur Brent has founded and operates numerous high performing organizations. In 2013 Brent founded Royal Oak Property Developments Ltd., a land development firm, and registered Tarion Builder, with past and present projects comprising everything from simple purchase and sale agreements to developing multi-million-dollar subdivisions. In 2015 Brent founded Royal Oak Global Trading Ltd., a global import/export company specializing in commodities trading between Canada and the far east. In 2017 Brent founded Royal Oak Real Estate Ltd., (RORE) on three distinct principles, to provide 'top shelf' real estate services to clients, to offer a fully inclusive and motivating workplace for staff and agents, and to give back to the communities in which he serves through both financial donations and fun community events like RORE Festival. In the past decade Brent has spent two years living in Taiwan where he taught undergrads & MBA classes at Shi-Jian University and learned basic Mandarin Chinese. A lifelong learner, Brent is always looking to improve his skills and is currently studying to become a pilot. Brent, his wife and his two children moved to Niagara in pursuit of a new dream. Brent is dedicated to thriving in all things Real Estate. He specializes in unique properties and is always looking for a challenge.
Andrea was born and raised in Ridgeway/Fort Erie and has worked in Niagara for over twenty years. She brings a wealth of local knowledge to area property buyers. Andrew was born and raised in Northern Ontario. Andrew loves the outdoors, playing soccer, swimming, camping, and fishing. He graduated at Sault College with a Civil Engineering Technician Diploma in 2006. Andrew has spent over 15 years serving the great people of Ontario managing highway construction Projects for the Ministry of Transportation Ontario. Andrew's organization, work ethic, problem solving, and strong negotiation skills are what separate him from the pack. He is knowledgeable and friendly and ready to serve his clients best interests.
Trisha was born and raised in Fort Erie. She recently returned home after living in Ottawa. Building authentic relationships with her clients comes easily. Working in advertising/customer service for 12 years and private schools for 13 years, Trisha knows the importance of excellent communication and listening skills. Her strong attention to detail will ensure the best interests of her clients are always a top priority. Trisha's passion for real estate started at a very young age. Going to open houses, reading house plan books, surfing the realtor websites and investigating real estate markets during her travels was a regular occurrence. Giving back to the community is very important to Trisha. She was a former Board of Director of the FE Chamber of Commerce, church building committee member and a board member of a private school in Ottawa. Trisha looks forward to being able to donate a portion of every transaction back to groups and organizations in the Greater Fort Erie area.
Jennifer has lived in the Niagara Region her whole life and has always had a passion for Real Estate. Mandy was born and raised in Taipei Taiwan and immigrated to Canada almost a decade ago. Mandy obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of the Arts London with a specialization in Marketing and Advertising in London England. She then completed a Master of Arts degree from the University of Westminster in International Business Management, again focusing her studies on Marketing Design Strategies. An adventurer at heart, Mandy enjoys traveling and respects all cultures. Mandy has incredible talents in graphic design and specifically in conceptualizing marketing objectives and creating outside the box designs. She has been instrumental in building the branding materials of what RORE's represents in the marketplace.
